Postmortem Module

The postmortem blueprint collects audit and activity logs to reconstruct the lifecycle of a ticket. Visit /postmortem/<id> to view the timeline and basic metrics for a single incident.

Multiple tickets can be compared on a single timeline via /postmortem/compare?ids=1,2,3. The view shows response time, resolution time and how many departments were involved.

Reports can be exported using utils.postmortem_report.generate_postmortem_report(ticket_id, fmt="pdf"), which returns a PDF or DOCX file summarising lessons learned.
